I allow the use of my artwork for : (Please make sure to read the Conditions below, under which such uses are permitted)

+ Layouts, icons, banners, skins and such for your strictly personal use. Such items may never be offered for download or for use by a third person. (Please check the Conditions below to see the modifications I allow on my pictures)

+ Drawing reference (for a pose, a dress design, etc) for works of a strictly non-commercial nature. You're allowed to "eyeball" my work as long as it's for learning purposes/just for fun. This does not apply to works that you may publish, or use for job application or school assignments.

+ For non-published school projects and educational purposes.

+ As reference for pixel dolls.

+ As reference for clothing items for a strictly personal use. Such items may never be commercialised.

+ As tattoo designs for a personal use. Your agreement with your tattoo artist must include that the stencil used for the tattoo may not be reoffered to other clients. Tattoo artists need a licensing agreement to offer my work in their shops.

All other uses of my artwork, especially commercial uses, are expressedly forbidden, unless you get the expressed, written permission from me.

Conditions

If you use my artwork for one of the uses stated above, you agree to abide to the following conditions:

--> Credit must in all cases be explicitly given to Kmye Chan, with a link back to www.kmye-chan.com
--> The only modifications allowed are: proportional resizing, cropping, and adding brushes or text on the borders of the picture. Please don't modify the picture, change the colours, remove the background, add glitters or such.
--> All pictures are ultimately copyrighted to Kmye Chan. Therefore, no derivatives may be used for commercial items without my agreement.
--> Those Terms of Use may be updated or changed at any time and without notice.
